Ada Lovelace 2023 at SUNY Geneseo included a Wikipedia edit-a-thon. We’ve kept the instructions for editing Wikipedia here for anyone who’s interested in carrying on the work of improving how Wikipedia represents women in STEM.
When you edit Wikipedia, you’re improving one of the most-visited sites on the web and one of the world’s most relied-upon information sources. It’s not hard to do, but there are a few basic concepts you need to understand if you want to be successful.
